Mohammed Al Madani
Head of Human Resources & Admin

Mohammed is Head of HR & Admin for Procco financial Services W.L.L. Bahrain. Mohammed joined on April 2008 to helps the TII Head Office in Kuwait to oversee the HR and Admin needs of its' subsidiaries i.e. Procco Financial Services Bahrain, Flair Kuwait, GPM Pakistan and Selektpoints Dubai. His area of responsibilities includes the provision of HR and Admin, leading overall human resources strategy including staffing and retention, leadership development, diversity, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

Mohammed is a Bahraini national, and a university graduate with about 18 years experience in the various disciplines of HR & Admin management, 10 of which were in Banking and Finance sector. Prior to joining Procco, Mohammed was the HR Manager with Al Baraka Islamic Bank Bahrain.

Tony Godbehere
Head of Payment Solutions

Tony heads up the "Payments Division" of Procco Financial Services and joined Procco financial Services W.L.L. in June 2007. Tony brings to Procco a wide range of experience including New Country Set Up, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development, Training, etc, and was responsible for developing and coaching the senior country managers throughout the Gulf and Middle East. Tony's main role is to expand and grow Procco's card products around the globe such as our Sharia Compliant Bank Card, Merchant Instalment card, loyalty programs, gift cards, pre paid cards and charity programs, all using Procco's card management platform.

Tony has also attended many courses such as Sales Training, Sales Management & Leadership, Six thinking Caps as well as attended many workshops and seminars. The position is one of great diversity and opportunity, giving Tony and the Procco Team a once in a lifetime opportunity to expand this unique business globally.

Neil Smith
Head of Loyalty and Security

Neil Smith is a payments and financial services professional with significant experience in senior strategic, operational and commercial management. Neil has acquired over 16 years experience in the following fields; Business development, financial planning, compliance, technology, Risk and financial crimes investigations all gained within major international blue chip organisations within the retail banking industry on an International level. Key areas of focus are: New business, commercial strategy, value added services, EMV migration, and technology inclusive of mobile and operational process.

Sherman Pinto
Finance Operations Manager

Sherman manages the finance function - financial operations & controls, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, & related MIS aspects.

Prior experience of over 10 years was mainly in the banking & mutual fund industries. Starting as a Management Trainee at HDFC Bank, Sherman held various positions in Retail Assets, Retail Liabilities as well as Merchant Services. More recently, in the wealth management arm of a Mutual Fund distributor, Sherman managed the MIS & Operations functions.

Sherman is a Chartered Accountant & holds a bachelors degree in finance from Bombay University. He is currently pursuing his ACCA.

Musharraf Abbas
Business Head & Acting CEO
Pakistan

Musharraf has been associated with Global Processing & Marketing Pvt Ltd., a Subdivision of Procco Financial Services & Subsidiary of TII, and has been rendering services as Chief Executive Officer. He also functions as Head of Cards Acquiring - GCC & Asia for Procco Financial Services. As part of heading the division in Pakistan, he is responsible for supervising and managing all business, technical, managerial, administrative, financial, external & internal procedures and operations of the company, exclusively focusing on maintenance of current clientele operations as well as exploring new avenues, venturing untapped markets for business expansion and growth, creating own niche in the market and working towards being the market leader in the Region. He is further responsible for all Cards Related Projects taken up and pursued by Procco Financial Services and/or TII in GCC Region and Asia.

Earlier on, he had served the Company as Chief Technical Officer & Unit Head, Technical. Previously he had been associated with Engro Asahi Polymer & Chemicals Limited. He has done MS in Computer Science, further went on with numerous certifications and has undergone several training sessions which further enhanced his technical skills and expertise. His experience comprises of Database Management & Administration, EMV Consultancy to local and foreign banks, Establishment of VSDC certified POS network, Terminals Management, White Label Solutions, Direct involvement with Smart Card/Magnetic Stripe Technology, Top-up Applications, Data Center Management, Several customized Applications, etc.

Balakrishnan Nagarajan
Manager, Infrastructure & Data Centre

Balakrishnan Nagarajan, who joined Procco in 2006 brings over 15 years of international experience in IT Consulting & Management and Enterprise Technologies. He hails from India with an Electronics and Communications degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India and MBA (Technology Management) from La Trobe University, Australia.

He has been instrumental in setting up the Procco Data Center for centralized IT Management for the Group. He is currently heading the Infrastructure Team and is responsible for the TII Group's IT Infrastructure and Data Centers.

Prior to Procco, he was an International Consultant with Hewlett Packard and earlier headed the Systems Engineering Group in Wataniya Telecom, Kuwait.

Bénard Wiese
Head - Development & Operations

Bénard joined Procco in September 2006 and heads up the software development and business operations department. He has a total of 15 years bespoke software development, solutions architecture, and IT project management experience. Previously he worked in the payment card field for American Express (Middle East & North Africa), Call Centre software development field (RealConnect / Altitude), and speech recognition research field (African Speech Technology). He holds a BSc (Physics/Computer Science), Hons.BSc (Computer Science) and MSc (Computer Science). His most recent research and publications were done in neural network based payment card fraud detection.
